From Factory Floor to Digital Showroom: Jayna Sinks Goes Online

We built Jayna Sinks’ digital presence from scratch, a flagship website, e-commerce platform, and social media strategy targeting architects, interior designers, and homeowners.

Project Overview

Jayna Sinks made premium stainless-steel fixtures but lacked digital presence; Eleva8e Digital built a 360° ecosystem driving visibility, credibility, and sales.

Problem + Goal

Jayna Sinks operated in a market where decisions increasingly happened online, yet lacked a website, social presence, and e-commerce. The goal was building a premium digital ecosystem serving architects, interior designers, developers, and retail consumers simultaneously without diluting brand positioning.

Our Role

Eleva8e Digital built Jayna Sinks’ 360° digital ecosystem, balancing UX for trade specifiers and retail consumers within one cohesive brand experience.

Brand

Jayna’s brand identity required a digital expression matching its precision and finish, so we built a clean language with restrained typography, positioning it as a premium global brand.

  • Premium Building Materials Brand Identity
  • Material Photography Direction
  • Trade Brand Positioning

Social

Architects and interior designers discover products Instagram, so we built Jayna’s strategy to position it as a trusted specification resource through case studies, material finishes, and installation details. Media

Building brands win specification projects through sustained presence in professional communities. We created a media strategy targeting architects, designers, and developers via LinkedIn and channels, scaling Jayna’s reputation.

  • B2B Performance Media
  • Professional Audience Targeting
  • Specification Pipeline Development

Design Thinking

The kitchen and bathroom fixtures category is visual, so Jayna’s digital presence was designed to serve architects, designers, and homeowners with both technical specifications and aspirational imagery seamlessly.

  • Dual-Audience UX Architecture
  • Technical & Aspirational Product Design
  • Specification Journey Optimisation

Technology

A building materials brand needed product pages with technical specifications, finish options, installation drawings, and enquiry pathways, so we built a custom CMS Jayna’s marketing team could manage.

  • Custom Product Catalogue CMS
  • Technical Specification Integration
  • Multi-Enquiry-Type Backend

The Roadblocks

Before building Jayna’s digital presence Eleva8e faced foundational gaps that made establishing brand, credibility, and structured user journeys challenging from scratch.

Zero Digital Starting Point

Jayna lacked website, social presence, and equity, requiring photography, branding, content before platform

Dual-Audience Conflict

Trade buyers and homeowners need distinct journeys—technical specs versus inspiration—requiring careful information architecture.

Product Photography Gap

Premium fixtures required new photography strategy beyond factory shots for strong digital presence

Trade Credibility Gap

In architecture and design, Jayna needed digital credibility and familiarity without prior relationships.

Strategy to Impact Intro

One brand, two audiences—every digital touchpoint strategically designed to seamlessly serve, engage, and deliver value to both without compromising experience or clarity.

  • User Journey Mapping

We created distinct yet visually unified journeys for three audiences: architects specifying residential projects, interior designers choosing kitchen fixtures, and homeowners renovating kitchens, each with unique content needs, trust expectations, and clearly defined conversion goals across decision stages.

  • Information Architecture

The website architecture gave equal prominence to product categories, finish options, technical specifications, and project case studies, enabling both trade specifiers and retail buyers to access the same product page and find information without disrupting each other’s journeys.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping

We prototyped Jayna’s product specification page, the most critical conversion point for trade buyers, and tested it with three practising interior designers, whose feedback significantly reshaped how technical data was structured, prioritised, and presented before early development began.

  • Conversion-Driven UI Design

For trade specifiers, conversion was enquiry form submissions with project inputs, while for homeowners it meant store discovery or direct purchase; we designed behavior-triggered, distinct CTAs for each segment instead of relying on a single generic contact form.

  • Responsive Experience Optimization

Interior designers browse products on iPads in client meetings, homeowners explore options on mobile over lunch breaks, and architects review specifications on desktop in offices, so we built Jayna’s platform to deliver seamless experiences across three user contexts.

  • Design System & Component Library

A scalable product card component system was implemented to consistently showcase product names, materials, finishes, dimensions, and enquiry CTAs across 200+ SKUs, bringing structure and clarity while transforming a vast catalogue into a curated, user-friendly browsing experience overall.

  • Usability Testing & Iteration

We tested the specification enquiry flow with practising architects and the retail browse-to-enquiry journey with homeowners planning renovations, gathering actionable feedback from both groups that refined user experience and significantly improved conversion rates across each journey before launch.

Our Approach

For Jayna, we built a content-first digital ecosystem where every design, content, and technology decision aimed to influence high-value specification decisions.

Step 1

Research & Discovery

We researched how architects and designers discover and specify fixtures in India, mapping journeys, trusted platforms, and content influences, while gathering partner insights—revealing material photography and case studies drive decisions.

Step 2

Strategy & Experience Planning

We defined a content-first digital strategy, recognising Jayna couldn’t rely on website launch alone for trade discovery, planning six months of case studies, material education, and installation content ensuring strong, credible social presence from day one.

Step 3

UX/UI Design & Prototyping

We developed Jayna’s design language inspired by high-end European kitchen and bathroom brands — clean, minimal, and material-focused — ensuring every decision built architect confidence for premium client project specifications.

Step 4

Development & Optimization

We built a custom CMS for non-technical teams, enabling product managers to update finishes, dimensions, and publish case studies independently, while optimising product pages for fast-loading high-resolution material photography.

Step 5

Testing & Continuous Improvement

Post-launch, we tracked enquiry sources, social traffic, and retail conversion rates, using monthly analytics to identify underperforming categories and content gaps, which informed continuous optimisation and future content strategy improvements.

The Breakthrough

Jayna Sinks launched digitally with a premium presence rivaling global competitors. Architects found detailed specifications and compelling material visuals enabling confident decisions. Interior designers discovered case studies and finishes worth recommending. Homeowners explored new product ranges with clear retail pathways. From zero presence, Jayna became a brand architects actively saved for future specification use.
