Every page exists for one reason: to move a patient closer to the care they need.

  • User Journey Mapping

    We mapped seven patient journeys—domestic specialist seekers, international tourists, emergency families, corporate users, preventive checkers, procedure researchers, and second-opinion seekers—designing tailored pathways that ultimately converged into a unified, seamless appointment booking experience.

  • Information Architecture

    We built a three-axis navigation system—specialty, condition or symptom, and doctor—fully interconnected. Selecting a condition revealed specialists; selecting a specialist showed treated conditions and procedures, making the catalogue searchable, navigable, and easy to traverse.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping

    Doctor profile prototypes were tested with patients in Apollo waiting areas, measuring credential comprehension, trust in photography, and booking confidence. Feedback directly informed design, ensuring clarity, credibility, and stronger patient decision-making.

  • Conversion-Driven UI Design

    Appointment booking CTAs were transformed from buried contact forms into context-sensitive triggers across doctor profiles, specialty, and condition pages—reducing the gap between finding the right specialist and booking an appointment to a seamless single click.

  • Responsive Experience Optimization

    Patients researching complex medical decisions do not restrict themselves to desktop — they move between mobile searches, tablet research, and desktop appointment booking. We ensured the experience was clinically informative and booking-capable on every device.

  • Design System & Component Library

    We built standardised Drupal templates for every content type — doctor profiles, specialty pages, condition articles, procedure descriptions — ensuring that every piece of new content published by the clinical team was automatically formatted, complete, and on-brand.

  • Usability Testing & Iteration

    We ran usability testing with domestic patients, international medical tourists, and referring physicians — three audiences with completely different needs. Each test produced specific design changes that improved task completion across all three groups before launch.
