User Journey Mapping
We mapped seven user journeys—athlete, team manager, sport official, accommodation administrator, event administrator, media user, and public viewer—ensuring each had a clear, friction-free path through their specific platform functions, tailored to their roles, needs, and real-time tasks.

We designed a modular platform architecture where each core function—registration, scoring, accommodation, scheduling—operated independently while sharing a unified data layer, ensuring failures in one module never cascaded, maintaining reliability, resilience, and uninterrupted seamless operations across the entire system.

We built and stress-tested prototypes with real government administrators and sports officials before development, uncovering critical workflow gaps early—issues that would have escalated into major operational failures under the high pressure and complexity of live, multi-venue event conditions.

In event management, 'conversion' means completing critical tasks under pressure. We designed admin interfaces that reduced click-depth for key actions—score submission, eligibility approvals, and schedule changes—to just three steps maximum, ensuring speed, accuracy, and seamless execution

Interior designers browse products on iPads in client meetings, homeowners explore options on mobile over lunch breaks, and architects review specifications on desktop in offices, so we built Jayna’s platform to deliver seamless experiences across three user contexts.

A scalable product card component system was implemented to consistently showcase product names, materials, finishes, dimensions, and enquiry CTAs across 200+ SKUs, bringing structure and clarity while transforming a vast catalogue into a curated, user-friendly browsing experience overall.
